The Institutional Plan of the Second Faculty of Medicine
A subsidy from the Faculty's part of the Institutional Plan for the support of the Second Faculty's international student mobility can only be used for study stays, international scientific, research or other activities within approved projects and programmes of the Second Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, or of Charles University as a whole.

The Mobility Fund of Charles University supports international study and scientific activities of both Czech and international students and teachers.
4EU+ Alliance
The 4EU+ Alliance brings together seven important European universities: Charles University, Heidelberg Universität, Sorbonne Université, Uniwersytet Warszawski, Università degli Studi di Milano, Københavns Universitet, and the University of Geneva.

Wakayama Medical University School, Wakayama, Japan
A four-week practical summer internship at a partner Japanese medical university for 2–4 fourth- and fifth-year students at the Second Faculty. Students are selected by competition in January.
Seoul National University College of Medicine, Korea
This internship is intended for two to three students in the fourth to fifth years, for four weeks in the period from July to September. Students are selected by competition in January.
Taipei Medical University, Taiwan

Of the 200 students and doctoral candidates who go abroad each year, more than 50 participants use the Erasmus+ program, around twenty head to partner universities of the 2nd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, and more than 120 use other programs.
