The Erasmus+ programme supports cooperation and mobility among European educational institutions across all areas of education. It is funded by the European Union.

Students may participate in multiple study or traineeship periods abroad. Each mobility period can last between 2 and 12 months. The combined duration of all Erasmus+ mobilities must not exceed 24 months throughout a student's studies at the Second Faculty of Medicine. Study periods abroad may be combined with practical traineeships, including those undertaken during the summer holidays.

Students can also get involved in Erasmus+ activities in Prague through the Erasmus Student Network (ESN CU) or directly at the Second Faculty of Medicine through the Buddy programme.
