Prof. Jan Trka, head of the CLIP laboratory in the Department of Paediatric Haematology and Oncology, received the award at the congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) in Madrid.

Representatives of the Department of Pharmacology of the Second Faculty of Medicine, Assoc. Prof. Eva Kmoníčková and PharmDr. Jana Mlíchová, met with their colleagues in Saarland. Their goal was to identify common themes in pharmacology teaching and explore possibilities for collaboration on joint research.

The Second Annual Faculty Film Festival was attended by 340 spectators who saw a total of 12 films; the Audience Award in the FAMU films section went to Atestation of the Hecht Brothers.
