Today at 9 a.m., Charles University and five other universities received a mass e-mail requesting a ransom. The Rector's Office of the UK is actively solving the matter with the Police of the Czech Republic and is proceeding according to their instructions.

Information from the rectorate of the UK: There is no imminent danger, evacuation according to the Police is not recommended. We remain in normal mode including teaching. We will send more information.
