WELCOME TO LF2

A series of introductory seminars, including a welcome by the Dean of the faculty, prof. Babjuk, an introduction to AIMS, a Q&A session, and more.

TEAM BUILDING

An evening full of fun and games designed to break the ice with your future fellow classmates! Come join us and take on fun group challenges led by upper year students, with food and drinks provided.

SCAVENGERS HUNT

The Scavenger Hunt will take you through Prague’s most iconic landmarks in a fun way. Divided into teams, you will complete creative challenges, collect points, and discover the city while bonding with their new classmates.

PRAGUE VENICE BOAT TRIP (voluntary - if you signed up)

Prague Venice will give you a glimpse of our capital city from a different perspective. The natural spectacle of Petrin Hill, bursting with colour, will immediately captivate you, as will the view of Prague Castle and Hradčany.

TRIP TO KARLŠTEJN
(+ VOLUNTARY CASTLE TOUR, IF YOU SIGNED UP)

Scenic train ride, short hike and relaxation in the beautiful nature with the stunning Karlštejn Castle in the background.

When: 9:50 (meeting) - aprox. 18:00

Explore the historic halls of Karlštejn Castle, including the Imperial Palace and Marian Tower, with highlights like the Knights’ Hall and a replica of the St. Wenceslas Crown.

AHE INTRODUCTION + ANATOMY TOUR

Prof. David Kachlík and dr. Uhlík will introduce the most important subject of the first year - Anatomy, Histology and Embryology (AHE). The lecture will be followed by a tour of the dissection halls.

SUNSET & CHILL

A relaxed evening with a beautiful overlook of Prague at the iconic Riegrovy Sady park, just in time for a lovely summer sunset. Drinks will be available at a nearby beer garden, and this is a great opportunity to get to know your future classmates even more!

How can you cope with stress and the study load? Dr. Kučera and Michael Janek will share practical wellbeing tips, along with information about GP services and sports opportunities at the faculty.

WHITE COAT CEREMONY

A special ceremony, where you will obtain your first white coat. Every student will be given 2 free tickets for his/her relatives to attend.

When: 17:00 (please come no later than 16:30). Those coming later than 17:00 will not be let inside the hall.
