Researchers from the CLIP Laboratory Centre at the Second Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, Motol University Hospital and the National Institute for Cancer Research are seeking new ways to predict the course of childhood leukaemia more accurately and to tailor treatment to individual patients so that it is as effective as possible whilst minimising the burden on the patient. On 16 June 2026, the Centre for the Development of Communication and Pedagogical Competences hosted a workshop dedicated to enhancing effective, empathetic and patient-centred communication in healthcare.
