On 30 September 2021, a physician and researcher from the Pediatric Clinic received the Albert Schweitzer Prize in Medicine, which is awarded annually by the French Embassy.

Charles University will make every effort to maintain in-person instruction as much as possible. However, we cannot predict at this time how the epidemiological situation will develop. During July, medical students from foreign universities trained as part of the IFMSA exchange program at the departments of the Second Faculty of Medicine and the Motol University Hospital. At the end of their internship they presented their experiences from various departments in selected case reports.
