The teaching of Neurosciences and Pathology – representatives of the students chamber complain of certain problems related to the reduced teaching of neurosciences, these problems being admitted even by the teachers. It has been agreed to prepare materials necessary for the solution of these problems. It will be discussed at the next meeting of the academic senate in March.
 
The student chamber informed about the date of the next ball – it will take place on 15th December 2006.
 
The Chairman of the senate asked those members, who will, starting from 1st February 2006, hold a position inconsistent with their membership in the academic senate and have not yet sent their letters of abdication, to resign and send the letters (not in an e-mail form) to the address of the academic senate of the 2nd Faculty of Medicine of Charles University before 1st February 2006.
 

• Next meeting of the academic senate will take on Wednesday 1st February 2006 at 2.30 p.m. in the small left lecture room at the Faculty.
• The minutes were sent to the Department of Languages on 27th January 2006 to be translated into English for the websites of international students.
