On Monday 2 October 2017, after a 16-month reconstruction, the faculty lecture halls were opened on the premises of Motol University Hospital. They are designed with a classically steep height arrangement of seats. The block also includes resting respiria in the entrance halls, technical facilities, smaller classrooms or warehouses. The Large Lecture Hall has a capacity of 301 seats, two smaller auditoriums – a Little Right and a Little Left – each 100 seats. Two small classrooms on the lower ground floor have a capacity of 36 seats, two small classrooms in the second basement each 22 seats and one classroom in the second basement 50 seats. Audiovisual technology in the Large Lecture Hall enables video conferencing within Motol University Hospital as well as to the public network and direct transmission of operations from Motol University Hospital halls or from other hospitals via a web interface.
