Since 2021, the Second Faculty of Medicine awards the Professor Koutecký Award to an undergraduate student of the faculty for their first authorship of a scientific article published or accepted for publication in the previous calendar year in a journal with an IF above 1.0 in Q1-Q3. Applications for the award must be submitted in writing and electronically to the Assistant Dean by January 31, 2023.
