Following return, you are obliged to write a report about the stay in Prague for your home foreign office.

In order to setup your final documents, it is necessary to contact our Study dept, Mrs. Ocelková at following dates:
Tuesday 20. 6. 2006 at 14.00 or Tuesday 11. 7. 2006 at 14.00
You need your Index medicorum (students booklet) with all achievements and exams written inside ready for checkup.
We hope, that your study at the second Faculty of Medicine in Prague has fullfiled your expectations a met your needs.
