My main interest include rare pediatric diseases such as nephrotic syndrome, monogenic diabetes or growth disorders. I use many traditional and modern laboratory methods for research of these conditions, which provides our lab. These methods include mutagenesis, cell transfection, DNA isolation and purification, Sanger sequencing, next generation sequencing, RNA sequencing, RT-PCR, western blot, protein purification, light and fluorescent microscopy, colorimetric assays, microscale thermophoresis and more.
