In the module "Individual study plan of Ph.D. students" in the SIS, the creation of extraordinary assessment of individual study plans (hereinafter referred to as "EA") of students of doctoral study programmes is now activated. The completion of EA proceeds in the same way as the completion of the annual assessment (hereinafter referred to as "AA"). Manuals are available here (see SIS manual – Assessment of ISP). This assessment is then forwarded by the supervisor to the subject area board (hereinafter referred to as the "SAB") for approval.
Deadlines for EA creation and approval:
Students: 1 March 2023 - 31 March 2023
Supervisors: 1 March 2023 - 15 April 2023
SABs and guarantors: 1 March 2023 - 30 April 2023
When creating an EA, it is necessary to follow the dates and sequence of individual steps, which are described in detail in the manuals. The dates for the submission and approval of an EA were set by Article V, paragraph 7 of Dean's Directive No. 1/2023.
