Statement by the Dean of the Second Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Marek Babjuk

I fully support the statement of the Rector of Charles University on the situation in Israel and the Palestinian territories. I am shocked by the level of brutality and violence that has emerged in the conflict. I have empathy with our students who are affected by the conflict in some way and I am ready to help them individually as much as possible. I trust that our entire faculty will be able to express empathy and solidarity with all those who have been affected by this undoubtedly a complex conflict.
