NOTE: During the whole period of your stay abroad you have to remain enrolled as a student of the Second Faculty of Medicine, Charles University.
Applicants must submit:
- Application form for the Erasmus+. It can be found here.
- Study plan / a plan of traineeship. Maximum A4. Replaces motivation letter.
- Concise Curriculum Vitae
- Language certificate – mimimum B2 level

It is also necessary to submit an electronic application in the Charles University web application. It will be opened from 1 March 2021.
You can apply to a maximum of three foreign institutions, without order of your preference. Our faculty sends students to affiliated faculties. Practical traineeships can also be held at another professional institution which you find yourself. You need to submit their written consent as a part of the application. The dates of your foreign stay are only indicative. Exact dates will be confirmed after your nomination.
In order to prove linguistic competence (apart from English) you present certificate (e.g. graduation laguage certificate). You can also pass a language test at the Department of Languages at our Faculty. Exam dates are:
- German: 8 February 2021, 4.00 p. m.
- French: 9 February 2021, 4.30 p. m.
- Spanish: 9 February 2021, 4.30 p. m.
The deadline for paying the fee and registering for language test is 29 January 2021. Students who do not pay the fee in advance will not be able to take the test. Apply for the tests by email to: @email or by phone at 224 435 806 to the Secretary of the Department of Languages. The fee for the test is CZK 300 and is paid by transfer to the faculty account no. 37530021/0100, variable symbol 1821, the student’s name must be entered as a note for the beneficiary.
