we would kindly like to inform you about the dates of our Erasmus application procedure for 2013–14.
for winter semester (October 2013 – March 2014):

nomination deadline: April 15th, 2013 We need an official nomination by you as coordinators via e-mail. Please use the form attached and send it to Monika Lent-Öztürk (International Office) @email

application deadline: June 15th, 2013 Students have to send all required application documents to Monika Lent-Öztürk (International Office) @email

- language certificate B1
- Transcript of Records (survey of all medical courses done at the home university)

learning agreement:
The learning agreement will be confirmed by Ms. Welsch (Erasmus Office of the Medical Faculty). We ask students to contact us after their nomination and discuss with us their preferred course before they send a final learning agreement: @email

Please take into consideration the steps above and inform your students accordingly. We would kindly like to ask you to check the level of German of your outgoing students. They have to have a certified level of B1!!
