Informace o studiu ve Vídni

Dear Erasmus partners,
we are pleased to send you the information for the ERASMUS application procedure for your students coming to our university during the academic year 2012/13.
 
Our application deadlines are as follows:
 
15. March – 30. April: application deadline for the winter term (01.Oct – 22.Feb)
01. Oct. – 30. Nov.: application deadline for the summer term (25.Feb – 05.Jul)
 
Please note that the application for the Medical University is an ONLINE APPLICATION and therefore we will not accept any other application procedure than that. The Access Code for this Online Application will exclusively be sent to your students after your official nomination (first name, family name and E-Mail address).
 
A description how to use the online application as well as a plan describing the possible combinations during our clinical years has been attached.
 
Our ECTS Package (incl. course catalogue) and other useful information (housing, language course...) can be found at:

Please note that all courses and examinations are held in German. A basic command of German is also required for clinical rotations.
 
We also have the pleasure to offer the whole Internal Medicine course (seminar and clinical practical course) in Cohort A (1. 10. – 7. 12. 2012) as well as in Cohort D (25. 2. – 17. 5. 2013) to a limited number of students in English language!
 
The seminars of Cohort A will be held in English for a greater part of groups in the Cohort A and D.
 
Please note that the written exam at the end of the semester/academic year for the course will still be held in German.
