At their meeting on October 15th the 2. LF academic senate announced their membership elections. The first round will take place from 19–21 November and the second round from 1–2 December 2014.
The student body will vote online in the first round, while teaching staff will vote in person. In the second round both groups will vote in person only. Each voter will bring their voting slip to the polling booth and after they have signed the register they can cast their vote. It is not permitted to send your voting slip via a third party, nor is it permitted for a single voter to cast votes en masse, e.g. for some or all members of their unit. These rules will be strictly monitored.
In the first round, students always vote for at least two representatives from their year groups and in addition up to a maximum of 12 representatives from the entire student community (you may vote for all members from one group).

Students from non-medical disciplines
1st–3rd year doctoral students
4th–8th year doctoral students
You can vote at Bulovka, Plzeňská and at the Dean's Office in Motol (at the Faculty Secretary’s office). Polling stations for the first round are open from 9.00–14.00, and on Friday from 9.00–12.00. Applications for electronic voting will be available from 9.00 on 19. 11. to 12.00 on 21. 11. at the address http://online.lf2.cuni.cz/volby-as-2014/. You can use your faculty login user name and password (as with other votes, K10 and questionnaires).
