1) Opening

 
The agenda of the special session of the AS was opened by doc. MUDr. Ondřej Hrušák, Ph.D. The senate appointed by means of vote 15-0-0 the former members of the senate to represent the senate until the new board is elected.

2) Restage of the election of the new members of the AS, CU

 
Doc. Hrušák informed the members of the senate about the decision of the principal Election Committee to restage the election of the new members into AS CU. The senate set the course of elections by means of vote 15-0-0:
 
The election will take place on 9th and 10th February 2005 at the polling addresses:

 Dean's Office of the 2nd Faculty of Medicine of Charles University (V Úvalu 84, Praha 5 – Motol)
9th February 2005     from 8.00 to 16.00 o´clock
10th February 2005 from 8.00 to 12.00 o´clock
  •  
 Secretariat of the Department of Physiology (Plzeňská 130, Praha 5)
9th February 2005   from 8.00 to 16.00 o´clock
10th February 2005 from 8.00 to 12.00 o´clock
  •  
 Secretariat of Clinic of Infectious Diseases (Budínova 2, FN Bulovka, Praha 8)
9th February 2005   from 8.00 to 16.00 o´clock
10th February 2005 from 8.00 to 12.00 o´clock
  •  
 Student Residence Kajetánka I. (entrance hall)
9th February 2005   from 16.00 to 20.00 o´clock
10th February 2005 from 10.00 to 12.00 o´clock
 
  • In line with recommendation of the principal Election Committee CU everybody from the first round will be on the list of the candidates except for those who turned it down.
     
  • Ballot cards will be available for all members of the University of the 2nd MF at the mentioned polling addresses.
     
  • The voter chooses max. 2 candidates from the nomination list.

 

3) Constitution of the partial Election Committee

 
Partial Election Committee will work in the composition:

Partial Election Committee will be in session on Monday 7th February 2005 from 12 o'clock at the Dean's office of the secretary.
