In the first round student and teacher council votes will be cast electronically. Voters will be verified by a password after logging into faculty website. Please familiarize yourself with the procedure described in the following article.
There are two ways to log in into faculty website:
1) The faculty password. For help with settings or forgotten passwords, please contact Ing. Zdenek Proks (tel. 257 296 182, @email).
2) The university password CAS UK (verification at https://cas.cuni.cz). To log in you must know the login name and authenticated password. The login name (eight-digit personal code UKČO) can be found printed on your UK license under the picture. Password verification is possible to obtain at either the Issuing Center UK (Celetná 13) or at the Dean's Office of the Second Faculty of Medicine (Zdenek Prochazka, @email, tel. 224 435 859, ), upon presentation of ID card (passport or UK card). The password cannot be set by telephone. You must check, even after a successful login (e.g. It displays personal data of the employee or student) that in the box ‘password type’ it is noted as ‘verified’.
