The Vlasta and Ervín Adam Foundation was established by Vlasta and Ervín Adam on 16 November 1998.
The foundation funds scholarships associated with awards given by the Second Faculty of Medicine to two students or faculty members under the age of 35:
- The Vlasta Adamová Award for outstanding work in the field of oncology and hematology
- The Ervín Adam Award for outstanding work of preventive significance for public health (in the areas of etiology, pathophysiology, diagnostics, and therapy)
