The enrolment for first-year PhD students takes place on 24 September 2026, 2 p.m., in the Small left lecture hall (Motol University Hospital complex, block H, -2nd floor. Please contact your study advisor to discuss the details, and in case you can't make it.
Please remember to bring:
- passport
- visa confirmation (if applicable)
- a passport photo printout
- a pen
- printed and signed matriculation oath
- printed and signed enrolment form generated from the Student Information System
If you haven't submitted copies of your diploma and transcript of records, please remember to provide both before or on the day of enrolment – we cannot enrol you without receiving these documents.
