The design of the new building consists of three interconnected wings, approximately square in plan. The building has three above-ground floors, with four in the central part of the dean's office. Underneath the entire floor plan is an underground floor with an entrance and access from V Úvalu Street. The main part of the underground floor is used for parking cars. The entrance is complemented by landscaped greenery and a partial concrete shell roof, symbolizing the spread wings of a pelican or open arms. The building has a passageway in the middle part of the dean's office with a visual vertical in the form of a central open skylight atrium through the four floors of the building.
