Cancelation of some Dean's Provisions
Second Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University

Article 1
Introductory Provisions

This Dean's Provision cancels the following regulations of the Second Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University and it is effective from the date of its signature.

Article 2
List of cancelled regulations

1. Dean's Provision No. 2/2009, concerning the tuition fee for foreign students ‘TOP 10 Percent International Medical Students Award’ is cancelled without refund.
2. In the Dean's Provision No. 15/2017, the Statute of the Faculty Awards ‘Top 10 Percent International Medical Student Award’ and ‘Best International Medical Student Award’ in Article II The Top 10 Percent International Medical Student Award is cancelled without refund.

Article 3
Transitional and final provisions

1. For students enrolled for study before the date of effectivity of this measure, the awarding the ‘TOP 10 Percent International Medical Students Award’ for excellent the results achieved in the academic year 2017/2018 is governed by the Dean's Provision No 2/2009 and Article II Dean's Provision No 15/2017.
2. This Dean's Provision takes validity from the date of its signature and becomes effective from the academic year 2018/2019.
