  • Introduction to travel medicine, survey of health risks, health competence for international travel, examination before and after travel (doc. Marešová)
    Travelling of children, pregnant women and people with chronic diseases (doc. Marešová)
     
  • Alimentary infections - traveller´s diarrhoea, enteric fever, viral hepatitis A and E (dr. Ambrožová)
    Slides of tropical infectious diseases (dr. Stejskal)
     
  • Blood borne diseases (viral hepatitis B, HIV and other STD, Ebola and Lassa fever)
    The most important tropical infections caused due to parasites including malaria and its chemoprophylaxis
    Risk of snake bite, injury caused by venomous animals, first aid and treatment
     
  • Diferential diagnosis of fever after return from the tropics including schistosomosis, leishmaniosis, dengue fever and other arboviral infections
    Vaccination on the way to foreign countries
    Current epidemiological situation in occurence of diseases in the world, risk of bringing infectious diseases into Czech republic
    International surveillance (characterization of yellow fever, plague, leprosy)
